Lauren earned her Kripalu certification in 1998 and also completed Ana Forrest Advanced Teacher Training in 2017 at Kripalu. She began teaching Yoga in NYC and has taught for over 20 years at colleges and various learning centers. \nArrive 15 minutes prior to set up and get comfortable. This will be a Saturday afternoon party you don’t want to miss! \nA note from Justin: \n“The 2020 growing season gave us a rare opportunity to showcase individual varietals in their most developed and ripe embodiment and this Syrah was one of the most exciting and memorable examples of the vintage. Heavily concentrated and ripe deep-red fruits exhibit first in the nose\, with a varietally expressive wild game and herbal quality that find their way into the bold taste\, which feels incredibly balanced for its more robust ABV. This remarkable Syrah is the true standout—amongst many other fantastic wines—from the vintage\, and is the last wine to be released from 2020\, and is well deserving of its special release. A true “Grand Finale” of a wine from such a memorable year (in more ways than one)!”
