Reserve your spot today. \n\nAbout your speakers: \nEmma and Zack are co-founders of Maidenhair Mushrooms. Emma studied Mycology at ESF\, and uses the lens of fungi to restore native ecosystems. She spends every day in the woods\, stewarding over 4000 acres of protected land across the Finger Lakes Region. Zack fell in love with fungi as a chef in a commercial kitchen\, after being exposed to the wonderful world of wild foods. He is now an expert mushroom cultivator and hobby forest farmer. Together\, they have over a decade of foraging experience\, and are passionate about teaching these skills to others to build a more resilient community.

Join us for an evening of stretching\, sipping\, and floral fun! \nWe’ll start the evening with a one hour long pilates class hosted by Julia Tiberio\, Certified Pilates Instructor. This class is open to all fitness levels and will be a low-impact stretch and mobility class with a focus on core! Julia will also offer modifications for all moves and is committed to making sure you have a good experience and feel comfortable and strong throughout the duration of class! Julia has been a fitness instructor for 5+ years and is dedicated to inspiring\, motivating and cheering on anyone who joins in a class! \nFollowing class\, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and some light charcuterie. \nWrap up the evening with a bouquet workshop with Sydney Fee\, owner of Fee Fi Fo Farm (and our very own Hospitality Director). You will craft your very own bouquet featuring all locally grown blooms. Learn the best tips and tricks for the perfect bouquet! \nEach ticket includes: \n\nOne hour long pilates session\nOne glass of wine\nLight charcuterie\nBouquet & vase\n\nArrive 15 minutes prior to set up and get comfortable. Come dressed for a workout. All you need is a mat\, sweat towel (if you’d like) and water. \nAdditional wine will be available to purchase by the glass or bottle. \n
