Summer Concert Support
Point of the Bluff – Keuka Lake, NY
At Concerts at Point of the Bluff, we pride ourselves on offering guests more than just a concert. Set among our vineyards overlooking Keuka Lake, each event is a thoughtfully curated experience featuring great music, local food and wine, and unforgettable views.
We’re seeking support team members and volunteers to help bring these events to life throughout our concert season. All positions are seasonal, event-based and require evening and weekend availability, with schedules that vary throughout the concert season. Roles are hands-on and may require standing for extended periods, lifting, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Concert Runner
Support event operations throughout each show, moving between designated areas to carry out assigned tasks, including restocking beer, wine, and supplies, keeping service areas clean and organized, and assisting with waste removal during and after events. Team members in this role work closely with supervisors and bar staff to help ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience.
This position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, lift and carry supplies (including cases, kegs, and waste materials), and work quickly in a high-energy, outdoor environment. A strong sense of urgency, reliability, and teamwork are essential for success.

Food Truck Support
Assist with food service operations throughout each event, working within designated areas of the food truck to carry out assigned tasks. Responsibilities may include helping with basic food preparation, assembling and serving menu items, restocking ingredients and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Team members in this role work closely with supervisors and kitchen staff to support efficient service and a positive guest experience.
This position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, work in a fast-paced and confined environment, and handle food and supplies safely and efficiently. The role may also involve lifting and carrying items such as ingredient containers and equipment. A strong sense of urgency, reliability, and teamwork are essential for success.

Concert Volunteers
Assist with guest arrival and entry at the start of each concert, helping to create a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive. Volunteers support a variety of front-of-house tasks in designated areas, which may include directing parking, scanning tickets, and guiding guests to seating or key areas of the venue. This role works closely with event staff to ensure an organized and positive start to each show.
Volunteer shifts typically take place at the beginning of the event. After completing your shift, you’re invited to enjoy the concert, along with two complimentary drink tokens as a thank you for your time and support.
