Join Meg, the artisan behind Meg’s Cheeseboards, for a hands-on experience where you’ll create a stunning cheese board and explore the world of bubbly. The event kicks off with a fun and interactive cheeseboard-building session. With Meg’s expert guidance, you’ll learn the art of arranging cheese, folding meats, and pairing with the perfect accompaniments to craft a beautiful, shareable board.

*Each ticket is for two guests*

Once your board is complete, settle in for a bubbly tasting where you’ll sip and savor sparkling wines, pet-nats, Champagne, and other bubbles while learning about their unique characteristics. This tasting will be led by one of our knowledgeable Wine Educators.

Afterward, take home a step-by-step guide, filled with tips from the class, to recreate your cheese board anytime. This event takes place in our Pavilion with views overlooking Keuka Lake. Additional wine will be available for purchase.

  • Two welcome glasses of wine
  • All of the ingredients for your 2-person charcuterie board
  • Wine pairings for two
