You’ll be greeted with a signature welcome cocktail poured through a specially crafted ice luge. Work your way through four unique food and wine pairing stations, enhancing your winter celebration with every sip and bite. Each pairing station is a curated collaboration with our sister restaurant, The Park Inn and will feature special guests, Finger Lakes Cider House.

Warm up by the outdoor fire pits, roast a marshmallow, enjoy elegant live music, or take a horse and carriage ride through the vineyard where you’ll learn about all things ice wine. Capture the magic of the season with picturesque moments in front of our ice sculptures. Additional wine, specialty drinks, and charcuterie boards will be available to purchase throughout the event.
