Sunday Funday, anyone? Point of the Bluff is excited to host a pop-up mat Pilates class!

Join Julia Tiberio, Certified Pilates Instructor, for an hour long Pilates class that will include a warm up and cool down stretch! This class is open to all fitness levels and will be a low-impact stretch and mobility class with a focus on core! Julia will also offer modifications for all moves and is committed to making sure you have a good experience and feel comfortable and strong throughout the duration of class! Julia has been a fitness instructor for 5+ years and is dedicated to inspiring, motivating and cheering on anyone who joins in a class! All you need is a mat, sweat towel (if you’d like) and water. Prepare to leave feeling empowered and rejuvenated.

Arrive 15 minutes prior to set up and get comfortable. Come dressed for a workout. Class will be followed by a complimentary mimosa or glass of Point of the Bluff wine. Additional mimosas and wine will be available to purchase.
