Flow into your weekend starting with morning yoga and mimosas!

Begin your morning with a waking and energizing Yoga class at the pavilion on Saturday, April 29. Lauren Shaw, yoga instructor, will guide you with an easeful flow from one pose to the next to get you started on a great path for your weekend. At the end of class, you’ll enjoy a complimentary mimosa, with additional wine available for purchase.

Dress comfortably (we recommend layers) and bring your own yoga mat. Class will start at 9am, arrive a few minutes prior to set up and get comfortable. All levels and experiences are welcome. Grab a friend and spend your Saturday morning with us!

Lauren earned her Kripalu certification in 1998 and also completed Ana Forrest Advanced Teacher Training in 2017 at Kripalu. She began teaching Yoga in NYC and has taught for over 20 years at colleges and various learning centers. You can learn more at her website below:
