Calling all carnivores! What better way to start your weekend than with a steak and wine pairing?
Join us on Friday, August 12th at 6pm for a food and wine pairing with guest, Cameron Matthews from Butcher’s Son of Corning, NY – “Crystal City’s Craft Butcher”.
We will be tasting 3 different ages of beef – fresh, 30 day, and 90 day along with a sausage custom blended with our very own Sweater Weather. Hear from Cameron about his story and the process of aging beef. Winemaker, Mike Countryman will be hosting this event in our beautiful pavilion overlooking Keuka Lake. Together we will experience how well this delicious food pairs with our award-winning wines.
This event is for patrons 21+.
