Chef Dan Eaton and Sommelier Jason Ferris will present the best seasonal flavors from The Park Inn’s own sustainable and organic farm, The Glenn Scott Farm above Keuka Lake’s West Side. Many of this night’s dishes for this 5-course menu will focus on the traditional “Three Sisters”, Corn, Squash, and Beans. Our wines for this evening will all be from sustainable and/or biodynamic producers who are not using any animal product in the production of their wines.
